Baking a transition: Bringing You Into The Mix

Cornish Bakery’s aim is simple: we want people to love our food, to enjoy being with us and to leave our stores feeling nourished. So how could we improve?

Taking Cornish Bakery across the nation we have introduced elements that we value about our home county. Nature shapes everyday lives in Cornwall. Big skies and beaches, rugged cliffs and moorlands fuel our creativity and soothe our souls, so we’re creating a sense of natural space in all our bakeries built in stone and wood, full of light and air. These raw components, paired with bright paintings from Cornish-based artists, lift the spirits.

As an innovative and optimistic business Cornish Bakery looks to translate current issues into something positive for our customers – like reducing food waste. We realised that by simplifying the way we do things and focusing on quality, it would allow the expertise of our in-house food design to shine through. As an example this is why our day-old croissants are turned into delicious almond croissants and why surplus almond croissants, married with blueberries and raspberries, make up our irresistible Cornish Pudding. Everyone’s a winner.

Cornish Bakery. It’s in our name. It’s in our roots.
